Refund & Returns Policy

At Trade Post Shop, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 7 to 8-day return policy to make your shopping experience stress-free.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 7 to 8 days from the date of delivery if your item meets the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Personal care & beauty products (Makeup, skincare, perfumes, etc.)
  • Undergarments & lingerie (Bras, panties, shapewear, etc.)
  • Toilet rolls & hygiene products (Tissues, wipes, sanitizers, etc.)
  • Mattresses & bedding items (Once used or opened)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Solar & electronic items (Once installed or used)

2. Return Process

If your product meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  2. Approval & Return Instructions – Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Pack the product securely and send it back using a reliable courier.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Bank transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.) or as store credit.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos/videos of the item
  • Order details and a brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for eligible products if stock is available. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled but can be returned as per our policy.
